Courtney founded CLR MGMT in 2022 to provide a more hands-on, personalized approach to talent management, working closely with a select group of creators to champion their growth and amplify their opportunities. With nearly a decade of industry experience, she brings strategic insight, tailored support, and dedicated attention to every client, helping them navigate and expand their commercial footprint with intention.
Originally from the D.C. area, Courtney now lives in Manhattan’s West Village with her husband, Mike, and their Cavapoo, Tenley.
