Courtney founded CLR MGMT in 2022 to provide a more hands-on, personalized approach to talent management, working closely with a select group of creators to champion their growth and amplify their opportunities. With nearly a decade of industry experience, she brings strategic insight, tailored support, and dedicated attention to every client, helping them navigate and expand their commercial footprint with intention.
Originally from the D.C. area, Courtney now lives in Manhattan’s West Village with her husband, Mike, her daughter Romy, and their Cavapoo, Tenley.

Lisa has seen the influencer landscape up close and at scale, having spent her career both in-house with individual creators and at a larger management company. That range shows in how she works, offering the intimacy of a single client relationship with the knowledge that comes from a large roster. At CLR MGMT, she leads brand campaigns end to end and oversees communications for prominent talent, playing a key role in campaign strategy, talent development, and brand relations. Her instinct for brand alignment ensures every detail, from negotiation to activation, supports growth over time.
A Long Island native, Lisa now lives on the Upper East Side.

Driven by a passion for creator growth and digital storytelling, Aryanna brings a strategic and relationship-focused approach to influencer management. She manages brand partnerships from first pitch through final deliverable, guiding talent through each stage, and brings experience working with leading beauty brands. Aryanna has developed a strong understanding of the ever-evolving creator economy, and her dedication to thoughtful execution and long-term success ensures meaningful results for both talent and partners alike.
Originally from the Main Line, Aryanna now resides in Tribeca.
